The Stupid Hackathon / Happy April Fools' Day
What is it?
A 24-hour hackathon where you create something pointless or dumb or irrelevant to society. The idea is to have fun and NOT be productive or, like, a good, useful citizen/coder in any way. Make pointless sh*t, that's basically the only rule. And be nice to people, but that's obvious we think.
Clock starts at 5:00pm on Thursday, April 4 and ends at 4:59 on Friday, April 5. You'll be "presenting" at Geek Night. We'll give you some space to show off your stupidity, and a few minutes to share with the class. Then we'll do some sort of voting so the stupidest people can get some free stuff.
Don't forget to register before the hackathon begins, because that happens. It's $20, for prizes and beer.
